Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your account settings, or via the Stripe customer portal. No cancellation fees apply.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to an inactive state. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

2. Auto-renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, depending on your chosen plan). You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription unless the price has changed, in which case you will be notified in advance.

You can disable auto-renewal at any time by cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date.

3. Cooling-off period and digital content

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases.

However, by subscribing to Quantum Academy and accessing digital content immediately (courses, events, AI tools, community features), you acknowledge that:

  • You consent to the immediate supply of digital content
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you begin accessing the content

This consent is recorded during your subscription checkout via Stripe.

If you subscribe but do not access any content within 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

4. Refund eligibility

Refunds are handled on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. We are not legally obligated to provide refunds for digital content that has been accessed, but we want to be fair.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform for an extended period (and we were unable to resolve it)
  • You were charged in error (duplicate billing, incorrect amount)
  • You subscribed but did not access any content within the first 14 days

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial months or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation
  • Change of mind after accessing content
  • Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes (we provide education, not trading results)

5. Add-on purchases

Recurring add-ons (AI Boost, Replay Vault, etc.) can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds.

One-time purchases (mentor calls, strategy packs, debrief packs) are non-refundable after delivery or activation. If a service has not been delivered (e.g., a mentor call that has not been scheduled), you may request a refund.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@quantumtrader.life with:

  • Your account email address
  • The charge you are querying (date and amount)
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be changed. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
