Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

The Quantum Academy community exists for educational discussion about financial markets, trading concepts, and strategy development. All interactions must remain educational in nature. These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for all members.

2. Educational framing requirement

All content shared in the community must be framed as educational observation, not as trading instructions or financial advice. This is a legal requirement, not a preference.

Allowed:

  • "I noticed support forming around 1920 on the 15-minute chart" (observation)
  • "This pattern historically suggests increased volatility" (educational context)
  • "When studying this scenario, consider how volume confirms the move" (teaching)

Not allowed:

  • "Buy gold now" or "Sell at this level" (direct instruction)
  • "This trade is guaranteed to work" (outcome promises)
  • "You should enter at 1925 with a stop at 1920" (personalised advice)
  • "Hurry, this opportunity is closing" (urgency or pressure)

Our automated moderation system flags and blocks directive language. If your post is blocked, rephrase it as an observation or educational discussion.

3. Respectful communication

Treat all members with respect. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
  • Discriminatory language of any kind
  • Excessive profanity or offensive content
  • Deliberately misleading or false information
  • Doxxing or sharing others' personal information

4. Prohibited content

  • Spam, unsolicited promotions, or affiliate links
  • Solicitation of funds or investment schemes
  • Sharing personal financial account details (balances, account numbers)
  • Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Links to external signal services, copy-trading platforms, or paid groups
  • Malware, phishing links, or scam content

5. Content ownership

By posting content in the community, you grant Quantum Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. We may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Moderation

We use a combination of automated moderation (powered by our FCA-safe content policy engine) and manual review by platform administrators.

Automated moderation scans all posts and comments for prohibited phrases, directive language, urgency patterns, and guaranteed-outcome claims. Flagged content is either blocked or queued for review.

Manual review is performed by platform administrators for edge cases and reported content.

7. Consequences

Violations are handled progressively:

  1. First violation: Content removed, warning issued
  2. Second violation: Temporary posting restriction (24-72 hours)
  3. Repeated or severe violations: Account suspension or permanent ban

Severe violations (harassment, scams, illegal content) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

8. Reporting

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the report function on the post, or contact us at support@quantumtrader.life. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

9. Changes

We may update these guidelines. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the community after changes constitutes acceptance.
